111x Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 111x ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of the 111x online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at 111x.bio and all associated sub-pages and services.

By completing the 111x registration process, by accessing the 111x login page, or by continuing to use any feature of the 111x platform after these Terms have been published, you unconditionally accept all provisions of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Access to the 111x platform and all services therein is strictly restricted to eligible individuals. To register and use the 111x platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.

111x reserves the absolute right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend access pending satisfactory verification. Accepted documents include valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 111x platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• A valid Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification
• A valid and accessible email address
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Such other information as 111x may require from time to time for KYC compliance

You are obligated to keep your registration information accurate and up to date. Any change to your name, mobile number, email address, or payment details must be reported to 111x support promptly via Live Chat or through the account settings panel.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111x login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

111x will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 111x that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your 111x account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must log out of your 111x account after each session when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify 111x support immediately via Live Chat if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• You must not access the 111x platform over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.

111x shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account whilst your credentials are active — whether by you or a third party — will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have notified 111x of a security breach prior to such activity.

All financial transactions on the 111x platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and domestic bank transfer.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on 111x is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected within seconds of transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the initiating bank.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. For KYC-verified accounts, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–20 minutes of request approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one (1) business day. 111x reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• A player must have completed at least one (1) successful deposit via the same method before requesting a withdrawal to that method.
• 111x reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 6.

111x offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and reload offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 111x promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a stated time period. Unfulfilled bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

All bets placed on the 111x sportsbook are subject to the platform's standard betting rules. By placing any bet on 111x — whether on cricket, table tennis, UFC, football, or any other sport — you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

Bet Acceptance: 111x reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number.

Odds: All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live odds during in-play betting may fluctuate rapidly. 111x accepts no liability for bets placed at incorrect odds due to a genuine technical error, and reserves the right to void such bets.

• Bets placed on a suspended market will be rejected and funds returned to your balance.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, 111x's event-specific rules will apply — generally resulting in the relevant selection being treated as a void bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market, as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• 111x reserves the right to apply individual player betting limits at its discretion.
• Winnings from void bets are not retained; stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

For PSL, international cricket, and other high-profile events, specific market rules will be published on the relevant event page prior to market opening.

All casino games available on the 111x platform — including live dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), slot games, fishing games, and RNG table games — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own internal rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play commences.

All casino games on 111x use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, ensuring that outcomes are statistically random and fair. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information panel.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed prior to play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111x platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in the reporting of the matter to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or identity information
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or on the sportsbook
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform or its games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds
• Abusing the 111x bonus system through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or other exploitative strategies
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption of sporting events on which bets are accepted
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 111x staff or other platform users

111x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of the platform
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Determination that the account holder is under the age of 21
• Instructions from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or the platform's payment processors

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 111x reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account, including deposits, bonus balances, and winnings, pending investigation. Where funds are confirmed as legitimately earned through compliant play, they will be returned to the player minus any applicable deductions.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by contacting 111x support via Live Chat. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the 111x platform

Any unauthorised use of 111x intellectual property may result in account closure and potential legal action to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111x and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill, whether or not foreseeable
• Any loss arising from interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the platform's operation caused by circumstances beyond 111x's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, ISP restrictions, or force majeure events
• Any loss arising from your own misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms
• Any losses sustained through the use of your account by an unauthorised third party where you have failed to maintain credential security

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 111x's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 111x's proven negligence, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

111x collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 111x Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing platform use — including CNIC details, mobile numbers, email addresses, transaction histories, and device information — is used for the following purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and security
• KYC identity and age verification
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other payment providers
• Fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 111x platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111x holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 111x relating to your account, a transaction, or these Terms, you should in the first instance contact the 111x support team via Live Chat, providing full details of your complaint. 111x commits to investigating all player complaints promptly and responding within a reasonable timeframe.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct engagement with 111x support, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism available under 111x's applicable gaming licence. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of a dispute.
